I recently stayed at Residencial Melba for two weeks in Madeira, and it surpassed all my expectations. The owner's hospitality was exceptional - always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and offering valuable insights on exploring the island. The daily breakfast spread was outstanding, featuring fresh pastries, a variety of meats and cheeses, and a selection of hot beverages, including a coffee machine available for use. Lastly, the location was ideal, with free parking and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the sea, making it a perfect base for exploring Madeira. The free Wi-Fi, daily room cleaning, and the unexpected room upgrade further added to the exceptional experience. I highly recommend Residencial Melba for a memorable stay in Funchal.
